Abstract	The article describes peculiarities of the prosecutor’s authority to implement submissions on elimination of the causes and conditions of corrupt and corruption-related offenses. It is highlighted characteristic features and meanings of submission as an act of prosecutor’s reaction. It is investigated the problem issues and proposed the ways of their solution.
